jlj6 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Philippine Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jlj6, registering for an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jlj6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jlj6 Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of jlj6 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR as a condition of the Operator's license for casino-style gambling services in the Philippines. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on jlj6.
• Residency: You must be a resident of the Philippines. jlj6 is licensed and regulated to serve Philippine residents. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not eligible and use jlj6 at their own legal risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be under any form of legal disability, guardianship, or court order that would restrict your ability to enter into this Agreement.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on jlj6 or any PAGCOR-registered gambling platform. Attempting to register or access jlj6 during an active self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.
• One Account: You may hold only one (1) active Account on jlj6. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

The Operator reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are not or can no longer be met.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To use jlj6, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name (matching your government-issued ID), Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

jlj6 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph of at least one valid Philippine government-issued identification document. The following IDs are accepted: PhilSys National ID, UMID (SSS or GSIS), Land Transportation Office driver's license, Philippine passport, PRC ID, COMELEC Voter's ID, and Philippine Postal ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify jlj6 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jlj6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is PHP 100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online, BPI Online, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven cash-in, and USDT cryptocurrency.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your jlj6 Wallet instantly upon successful confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to process during standard banking hours.
• jlj6 does not impose a deposit fee on any accepted payment method. Third-party charges imposed by the payment provider are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal is PHP 200.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method linked to your verified jlj6 Account.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers vary by institution and may take up to one (1) business day.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above PHP 50,000 as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted for processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jlj6 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your Account. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
• Players may only claim each welcome or registration bonus once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The Operator reserves the right to deny bonus claims where it determines that a Player or group of Players is exploiting promotional terms.
• jlj6 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings generated therefrom if the Operator determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of a software error, or any other form of fraudulent conduct in connection with the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game type will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• jlj6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus claims in progress are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All casino games, live dealer games, bingo rounds, and sports betting markets available on jlj6 operate under the rules published by jlj6 and the respective game provider at the time of play. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen display and server records, the server records shall be the definitive record of the transaction.

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on jlj6 — including slots, table games, and RNG bingo — use certified RNG technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.

In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the Operator's records of the game state at the time of disconnection shall govern settlement.

8 Responsible Gaming

jlj6 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework seriously. The following tools and policies apply:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Wagering Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they may wager within a given period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, the Player will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a longer-term self-exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications will be suspended and the Player's Account will be inaccessible.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlj6. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using jlj6 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity in contravention of Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be returned immediately.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live dealer and sports betting markets.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, macros, or any software designed to interact with jlj6 without human input.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses, using arbitrage strategies across promotions, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Accessing jlj6 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law and attempting to misrepresent your location through the use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward jlj6 support staff or other players in any live chat, customer communication, or live dealer game chat function.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj6 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface elements, and audiovisual content — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlj6 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlj6 content without prior written authorisation from the Operator.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any jlj6 software.
• Use any jlj6 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without the Operator's express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of jlj6 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of jlj6 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use jlj6, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Operator accepts no liability for:

• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including internet service outages, third-party system failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party game providers' products integrated into the jlj6 Platform.
• Any tax liability incurred by a Player in connection with winnings from jlj6, which is solely the Player's responsibility under Philippine tax law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

The Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to applicable notice procedures.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution with jurisdiction over the Operator.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated termination or a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of applicable administrative fees for dormant accounts where permitted by law.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jlj6 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and Bonus Funds without compensation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jlj6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlj6 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where more immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of jlj6 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using jlj6 and may request Account closure before the new Terms take effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or your use of jlj6, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlj6, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jlj6's customer support team via live chat. The Operator undertakes to respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against licensed operators. The parties agree to exhaust PAGCOR's administrative remedies before pursuing any court proceeding.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with competent subject matter jurisdiction.
